Return or Exchange

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for products purchased, provided they are in new condition, with tags and liners intact, and in their original packaging, for a store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange items for store credit. All returns and exchanges must be shipped to our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges for products purchased provided they are in new condition, with tags and liners intact.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange items. Return shipping and import duty costs to Bali, Indonesia are the customer’s responsibility.  We recommend using DHL for international shipping to ensure a reliable service.
