Shipping Policy
We are currently only shipping domestically within the United States via USPS.
Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or the number of pieces you order. We are currently offering free express shipping on all orders over $200 USD. For orders below $200 USD, we charge at a flat rate of $12 USD for express shipping.
Once your shipment has been dispatched from our facility, it is no longer our responsibility. If there are any issues with the delivery, please reach out to the courier for assistance.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
As a general rule, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse team. Shipping times are indicative of the date of dispatch and not the order date.
During peak and holiday periods, processing times may vary, and shipping could take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience during these times. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, so you can monitor the progress of your order. You can track your order through the USPS website or app using the tracking number provided.

Orders within Indonesia are not subject to import duties or taxes.
International orders will need to pass customs clearance processes and may be subject to duties and taxes. Slow Motion is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes on international shipments.
Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations as payment of duties and taxes may be necessary to receive your shipment.
If a shipment is returned to us due to recipients refusal to pay the duties or taxes imposed by customs, any refund requests are subject to careful evaluation, and any already incurred costs may be deduced from the refund value (exa: shipping costs, import taxes to Indonesia, production expenses if package cannot be retrieved from customs)
